He is a cyberpunk hacker, who has a special VR headset that can help him access almost anything. He and his girlfriend, Hack Tool, are both known troublemakers, both of them wanted by a government from a sci-fi part of Equestria, for vandalising their property and making them look likes fools.
He is a very chill and jokey pony, who is very skilled with with technology and computers, and he always sets out to help those who are in need of help.
