This a real plush flying donkey!! Isn't it just too cute?
I bought the donkey from the toystore I work and then stopped by a hobby store on my way home so I could fix the wings.

Now the wings are made out of grey and black felt which I handstitched together. I had to use 3 sheets of felt to make the wings are they are cut into 4 pieces each. I don't have any stuffing in them such as cotton.
To keep the wings steady so they won't tip over I have pipecleaners inside them. The harness is made of the same colour pipecleaner.
