When you really think about it, Rainbow Dash was actually forced to work at the Rainbow Factory. The factory thought that if Rainbow Dash could make Sonic Rainbooms, they thought she could help them make the rainbows components. Of course, they couldn't. But since she knew the factory's secret, she wasn't allowed to quit or leave until she got older. If they had never approached her, his never would've happened.
