Luce's first job when he joined the Crystal guard was on he'd been doing for a long time before. That being his protection of the young Princess Opal Reverie. Despite being born blind, Opal never feared the outside, rushing in without a care. This often meant she got lost of stuck in strange places, to which Luce had to drag her back home.

This time, however, Luce decided to drop by his friend Olive's shop on the way back. Poor Olive is… understandably distressed by the way Luce treats the princess. No matter how much they insist there is no issue, how can he not complain? Surely the princess of the Crystal Empire shouldn't be carried around like a sack of potatoes!
