Alright so many more scars and some simple markings here and there
Maybe rarity or someone made her a horn made of steel, and thanks to healing magic and discord's weird magic, they were able to "fuse it" and slowly she is regaining her horn and her control over her magic!
Also her tail is smaller than any unicorns because she has some earth pony's genes, she is also pretty big and strong!

So many spots! and sparkle markings. I'm pretty sure she painted the pink under her eye but it could be a marking
Her horn is very long and sharp but also really thin and fragile


How I see some gene stuff
If both parents are unicorns then the tail will be long but if the other parent is an earth pony then it will be shorter and if the other pony is pegasus maybe they have some characteristics as well!
Also some hues and stuff to her cape and hat! Trixie is probably one of my fav ponies in mlp tbh
