Started with a custom toy and ended up with this girl. On the last image is the official Princess Skystar with my Avis. I know the beak on Avis looks like a parrots beak but I noticed that after baking and then it is too late… oh well… that custom caused me such a headace, mainly the two long tailfeathers after I figured out what bird I wanted her to look similar to (the Resplendent quetzal, one of my fave birds) but I finally figured it out using paper and wire. Yarn hair, clay everything else. Head can be moved as I didn't remove it from the body and the two long tailfeathers is also poseable thanks to the wire.

Used a Twilight Sparkle toy for the body.
