As I said in my point of view unicorns have long tails and normal ponies normal tails
But if a unicorn and earth pony/pegasus have offspring there is a chance the offspring are mixes

Unicorns have long tails and gradients on their hair, sometimes sparkles! The more pure they are the longer tails!
Earth pony's have chest and belly markings and all markings are simple and mostly freckled !
Pegasus have bright colors and many markings usually stripes!

That's why she has a normal tail and many markings (Tho some are painted for her dj job, won't tell you which uwu)

Her magic is pretty high for a earth pony and she has a unicorn-like tail, and special colors that are not normal for a earth pony!
