Twilight's not instantly going to become Celestia-level Princess. She'll have to learn more to be a real princess which I'm sure will involve familiar shenanigans. Nor is Twilight going to become this figure whose presence puts her friends at distress, thinking they have to treat her in some special princessy royal way. If they do, Twilight will probably instantly set them straight about it, and anypony else who acts in such a manner.
