This is the third place gift prize for catstelllation, who asked me to draw dunefilly's Starswirl, falling asleep while reading a book. I actually originally sketched her face-planting and drooling on the book…. buuuut decided I should probably do something a little more dignified. And cute! :3

And this character is just so well-designed -Her color scheme (which I fear you can't see here, check out the ref) is so warm and nice, and the design is just…cute, dunno how else to describe it. Such an adorable mix of creatures Or I just have a thing for lions. Could be both.

And if you're wondering why her back-legs don't match the ref; she apparently originally had back-hooves, but has since shifted to have paws instead -which I am more than happy about, you can never have too many toe-beans. That's the main problem with ponies, I feel, they don't have the beans.
