Sunflower Heights Hotel was once an empty apartment building next to Vim & Vigor talent agency.
Poor Strawberry was hustled out of her previous building in Ponyville by Filthy Rich who bulldozed the place to expand his supermarket.
Strawberry was devastated.
Luckily, Alloys stepped in to help his cousin and brother-in-law land a place in Canterlot next to his agency!
It was the least he could do after Strawberry suggested he and Hoodwink join forces and work together.
Now the new hotel is a soaring family Empire!
