Narrator: "In the future timeline, Luster Dawn was helping setting up preparations for Future Pinkie Pie's next summer party. Meanwhile, in the present timeline, everything in Ponyville has been all silent, as its citizens has been doing their usual things."

Scene transitions back to the future timeline where we see Luster Dawn at Sugarcube Corner, setting half of the things ready for Pinkie Pie's summer party.

Future Twilight Sparkle: "So Luster Dawn, how's it going with the preparations for the Pinkie Pie's summer party?"

Luster Dawn: "The preparations are doing good, sensei. I've set up half of the chores: The plates, drinks, cupcakes, and chairs."

Future Twilight Sparkle: "Now that's good to hear, Luster Dawn. You've been improving a lot since you made new friends back in Ponyville. I can't wait to see everything set up later! That will make things very wonderful! I'll leave it to you. Bye-bye!"

Luster Dawn: "You too, Twilight! Now, time to set up the-"

A portal opens behind Luster Dawn…

Luster Dawn: "Huh? A portal? Wh-where is it taking me to? I've never seen a portal before, but what would happen if I entered through the portal? Will it take me back to the past? Well, guess there's one way to find out!" (walks through the portal)

The scene then transitions to the present timeline, where Twilight Sparkle and Applejack are at the lake, sitting and watching the clouds on a beautiful day…

Twilight Sparkle: "Hey Applejack, what do you think that cloud is?"

Applejack: "That cloud… it looks just like you, Twilight! And another cloud looks like me, too! Don't you think clouds are good friends?"

Twilight Sparkle: "Indeed! Clouds do make very interesting shapes and sizes all the time! After all, now that I'm the ruler of Equestria, I'll be happy to see more clouds when they're big, but I also like to see them when they're smaller as well."

Applejack: "Yeah, we should get back to seeing our friends. I wonder what they have been doing this whole time."

As Applejack and Twilight Sparkle were walking to get back to their friends, a portal appeared, leaving them confused on what was behind the portal.

Applejack: "Um, Twilight, there's a portal. Why's it here? Do you know what the portal is bringing?"

Twilight Sparkle: "I'm not so sure… But, if I was to say this, I wouldn't be easy with myself."

The portal reveals to have Luster Dawn coming out of the portal, and then the portal closes as she enters from it.

Twilight Sparkle and Applejack: (gasps)

Applejack: "Who in the hay is that pony?"

Twilight Sparkle: "I don't know. I've never seen anypony like that in my timeline. Who is she, and where did she come from anyway?"

Applejack: (to Luster Dawn) "You there! Can you please tell us who you are?"

Luster Dawn: "Nice to meet you. I'm Luster Dawn, from 20 years of the future!"

Twilight Sparkle and Applejack: "The future?!"

Luster Dawn: "Yes, and it appears that somehow, I've ended up here due to the portal. It's a pleasure to meet you two, and I've been looking forward to seeing the past."

Applejack: (shaking hooves with Luster Dawn) "Well, Luster Dawn, if that's your name, of course, I know you come from another timeline, but we never had any pony from the future visiting the present."

Luster Dawn: "I know, and you had a scarf in the future…"

Applejack: "You mean Granny Smith's scarf? Well, she's still alive in this timeline, of course, though if I went to the future with you, me and Twilight Sparkle would meet our future selves, right?"

Luster Dawn: "Sure. However, the portal's not here, so I'm not sure if I'd let myself do this kind of thing. (to Twilight Sparkle) You are taller in the future timeline than you are here."

Twilight Sparkle: "That's because I'm the ruler of Equestria. Celestia and Luna are currently someplace else, but if they were here, I could've introduced you to those two."

Luster Dawn: "Who's Celestia and Luna?"

Applejack: "They were the ponies that ruled Equestria several years before Twilight Sparkle. When they defeated Cozy Glow, Queen Chrysalis, and Lord Tirek, they lent their crowns and everything to Twilight Sparkle, thus Twilight is now in charge of Equestria."

Luster Dawn: "That's a nice… story. The other Twilight Sparkle told me once about this story, too, you know."

Applejack: "Really? Well, that's nice!"

Luster Dawn: "I know, and there are some stories that are very interesting to tell, while some stories aren't interesting. I'm much like Twilight Sparkle when it comes to stories."

Twilight Sparkle: "This is one coincidence that nopony will ever know. Back when I was a unicorn, I used to be busy pony who only focused on books, until Princess Celestia sent me to Equestria to make amends with other ponies alongside my assistant, Spike. Say, you wanna see the other ponies in this timeline?"

Luster Dawn: "Of course! I would like to do so!"

Narrator: "Following an encounter with the Twilight Sparkle and Applejack from the past, Luster Dawn started to make amends with ponies from the present timeline. However, with Luster Dawn in the wrong timeline, will she be able to make it back to the timeline she came from? Or will Luster Dawn remain in the past and never return?
