Idk if this is canon in my main verse but I definetely adore this~

Ever since I saw Cascayd's HC of trans!Mac I was really interested in the idea. It even had me thinking about this headcanon I had come up with when I saw her post

"I personally kinda like to think Mac had suspected of these feelings but was in denial all along because of some insecurities of his own.

Not only because of the image of a strong and manly stallion he projected, but also because Big Mac felt particularly pressured to live up to his father Bright Mac, specially being kinda named after him. Mac was so afraid of performing femininity she strongly avoided it, believing it was wrong for her to. Zephyr was the one who encouraged her to do so (he arranged her mane and makeup at the first ever time she realized who she truly was, it wasn't the best mane arrangement ever but at least the intention counts lol). Zephyr encourages Mac to embrace who she truly is while she encourages him to pursue his dreams and aspirations as a hair stylist.

Her transition was extremely accepted among the apple family, and now she's known as Bright Red (Or Red B!). She still kept somewhat of a tribute to her late father's name.

The bottom girl is their daughter Summer Beauty (whose original design was made by BubaIuv )
