Dash Life

Rainbow Dash is one of the most famous ponies in Equestria. She’s the youngest pony to become a Wonderbolt in history, a model for Rarity’s line of sports clothing, and she’s even been in several radio commercials promoting various products. Her life is perfect. I mean she has a son from a failed relationship, and a pair of twins from her current less than perfect relationship, but so long as she looked the part of the perfect pony with the perfect family she’d be fine. Right? It’s all about appearances.

Back in Wonderbolt recruit training, Dash had a huge crush on Lightning Dust, and Lightning returned her feelings. All was well for a perfect year until Lightning Dust brought up children. She felt they were ready, and Dash eagerly agreed, happy to start a family, the best family. Then Greased Lightning was born, and Lightning Dust realized she was definitely not ready for kids. She panicked and bailed, abandoning Rainbow Dash and their child. Dash found her some months later and after a heated argument, they agreed on an official divorce. Thankfully this isn’t widely known among RD fans, as it happened before Dash rose to fame.

Zephyr Breeze and Rainbow Dash got together in an odd way. It started with rumors that they were secretly in love, tabloids posting magically altered pictures of them together, or normal pictures taken out of context. At first Dash found it bizarre and funny, but as she read more articles she began to wonder if a relationship with him would be better than she had initially assumed. So they began dating. Then they married. Then…she had twins. Dash was fine with his inconsiderate behavior and his huge ego, but the one thing that bothered her was the one thing she valued. He wasn’t loyal.
