When Luna decided to ‘adopt’ Fowler, she instantly went to Discord. Maybe the Lord of Chaos has an idea or two of where Fowler came from. Luna of course wrote to Discord before hand and after she got a reply she came right away.

Upon meeting Fowler Discord asked if she was a hybrid, Luna said that was likely considering her features. But Luna wanted to know where Fowler came from and who were her parents. She told Discord that she initially thought that the child was Tirek’s, but Discord corrected her saying that it wasn’t possible. She looked very young and was probably born long after Tirek became a statue.

Fowler was putting a bit of a fuss, so Luna had to put her under a sleeping spell for a bit. Then Discord noticed something odd at the back of Fowler’s ear. It looked like numbers, a code maybe? (00133)

Discord suggested that they do a DNA test, so they could determine Fowler’s heritage. Luna agreed and let Discord have a lock of Fowler hair. Fluttershy then noticed that Fowler’s left horn was broken, she asked Luna if she knew how she broke her horn. Luna shook her head, in dismay.
