Fluttershy was once a timid, nervous little pony… but that was before she fell into the deep dark. She had to fend for herself, fighting for her life against beasts that didn't care for her talent and diamond dogs who thought she was an easy meal. Some strange frineds and a considerable amount of medical training helped her find her way out.

So when Tempest Shadow arrived with all her threatening stature, the pony did not cower or run— she instead walked straight up, put her good wing over the unicorn's back and acted all chummy while not-so-subtly brandishing her trusty magical blade.

The veiled threat was more than enough to make the commander reconsider her ultimatum against the princesses.
