This picture is a parody of the christmas episode from 2003 series, where Mikey stops some Purple Dragon members from stealing a truck of toys donated to an orphanage. It's also a parody of how the turtles defeated Shredder in the movie.

In this scene, after getting their butts handed to them by Hun, Snips comes up with a way to defeat him, play Buck-Buck. Mikey agrees with the plan and by doing it they defeat Hun and knock him off the truck. Meanwhile Applebloom, after surprising Sid by kicking him out of the truck and taking the wheel, warns Mikey of a poilce road block ahead. After hearing that Mikey tells her to floor it which she reluctantly does plowing through the road block at the same time they knock Hun off the truck causing him to land unconscious on one of the squad cars.
