Chihiro is basically a cat. I don't know why I always give Discord cat children…but it's fun.
As a cat, she often scratches out her frustration. Rarity gifted her an old scratching post of Opal's because Chihiro often gets her scratch on with Rarity's fabric.
I'm assuming she was caught in the act again.
