With their rising new threats to the Equestria and her empire, the need for a strong standing and modernizing military defense force is required. That and the modern magic bolt weapons (aka guns with magical enchantments being the means of firing) that are now a days being crafted by smiths and specialists across the ever evolving rule as technology ramps up in scale. Their royal majesties now decked in their new uniforms inspecting the troops from all over the place. What with the little banana their in his own uniform their to see how mama and his papa do it.
