Originally, i wanted to draw Celestia's outfit from >>2227056 but from a different angle, but this sort of turned into a attempt at iconography.

This in particular is Celestia's outfit as mowbedan-mobad — the head priestess of the Ziragšabdarian religion, a position that she has held for almost as long as her position as shahanshah. Of both positions, this is the one she prefers.

At her right, there's a faršiang, the diadem used by the Haxamanian shahs, which symbolizes her secular authority, and at her left, a baresman, to symbolize her religious authority.

The inscription around the halo is in the Equestrian alphabet — It reads Ælia Calpurnia Celestia, Saošyant.
