In my opinion, Cozy Glow's "supervillain power" was her ability to manipulate people. She doesn't mind having enemies — as a narcissist, she relishes all kinds of attention. Even stuck in prison with Tirek, deep down she's okay because she has someone who she can manipulate to focus all their attention on her. That's why she aggravates and annoys him so much. But if you take away the people around her, then she's just powerless. A small, weak pegasus with no one to praise or despise her. Her greatest fear is being alone.
