Jammer, seeking revenge on the Turtles for putting him behind bars, storms the penthouse and attacks them with a secret weapon, a chip containing ever marital arts style, and overpowers and severely beat the Turtles, sending them crashing through the window to fall to their doom. The Next Gen Rainbooms fight Jammer but they too are overpowered, except one: Cotton Candy. She challenges to "fight someone unpredictable" whitch he accepts. They fight and Candy actually holds her own until they reach a grapple. Meanwhile the Turtles, who were saved by Mikey's chucks, climb back up and Starlee manages to jam his signal long enough for them to remove the chip and destroy it. Then the Turtles and NextGen Rainbooms give the smack down on the cyborg thug.
