If you guys remember the phrase "Hell hath no fury than a woman scorned.", I can tell you this… Tempest Shadow, and her partner Darkus Lucifer, are about to take it to a whole knew level. But yes, here she is… in a brand spanking new design, and looking better than ever. I kept some of the original design, but changed the rest of her… to make her more menacing. I for one wouldn't want to mess with her, and yes… I added a pony tail, because I thought that would look cool on her. I hope you guys like where I went with this design.
