In hindsight, Bonbon could've picked a better time to lay down more terms and definitions used in the LGBTQ+ community… Too much information at once can be too much for one person to take in…

Through personal experience, when I was coming out to my grandparents, I jumped the gun and explained too much at once. It was very confusing for them and too much to absorb… It wasn't til recently they completely accepted me, and even more recent, told me they were happy about my polyamorous relationship- something I was most afraid of them being angry and judgy about.

It's always best to give someone time to learn and process this kind of information.
