Zipp had everything. Her family, thanks to Haven, was allowed to remain in "governance" of the Zephyr Heights. But Zipp was too proud. Not wanting to obey the new laws, the pegasus began to engage in propaganda among the residents to form an opposition. And she managed it easily — after all, not everypony wants to become “volunteers” in strange factories on the outskirts of the Empire. Her organization eventually moved from ordinary protests to attacks on important government facilities and received "terrorist" status. Zipp was declared Public Enemy Number One, which she is very proud of.
