Rough-as-all-hell WIP. Redesigned Lightning's armor a bit, and changed the color scheme. Red and black is kinda too stereotypically "evil," besides it's a bit derivative of Desperado from Metal Gear Rising. So here's Lightning Dust/Hokari in her partially-redesigned Ibrajin armor.

Also, the pod thingie attached to her back is where her new wings will go…her redesign will have free-floating, artificial pegasus wings that will be attached to a backpack unit, sorta like the MP (mass-produced) Evangelions.

Will eventually clean up in Photoshop, then do the final draft in ink. Really gotta practice with my dip pen some more…
