Wanted to do more of Chopper's Horn Point form and had him accompanying Fluttershy at the Grand Galloping Gala. Since his reputation as a pirate didn't have a positive response to the elite Equestrians (save for the Ponyville folk, Mane 6 and the Princesses), Chopper felt more comfortable with Fluttershy in the garden area as their share a dance before the pirate reindeer has to leave Equestria and return to the Strawhat Pirates as the ship doctor.

Did some rough pencils to get the balance in and will work in both themes of Chopper (Sakura petals) and Fluttershy (butterflies) in the scenery.
