I was having a bad day. A really bad day. A friend of mine hung herself after a long and strenuous fight with depression. I received the phone call sometime around 8:00 AM today.
I just want everyone to know that you don't have to be alone. Even if you're just facing a computer screen in the early morning after a night of no sleep, there's still someone to talk to you. To help.
Please, just be safe and healthy. You matter, regardless of what anyone else says, you matter.
