Yep, it's been a little while, but as it so happens we're back to bed jokes again (a running trend if anything).
This time poor old Flutters is having trouble sleeping due to the heat of their holiday resort, but thankfully Rainbow Dash is always quick to come up with an effective, if a little crude, solution.
The whole Ice-Back thing is actually something my mum used to do to me when I was growing up in San Francisco, and to be honest it really does work a treat. Sure its uncomfortable, but once you get used to the cold after about 3 or 4 minutes you'll be set for the night! :D
