I wanted to have a picture of the three with clean colours for reference. And I also wanted to draw them as regular seaponies. Shoo bee doo, motherf***ers.

If anybody ever wants to draw them, feel free to draw them as a hippocamp, mermare, siren or whatever you prefer.

The three characters are loosely based on the three rhine mermaids from the Nibelungen legend and are also the mascots of the Rhinemare Meet-Up.


Flow Clash is the oldest of the three sisters and their leader. She he cool and collected but will never back down from a fight. She is also a rather persistent one and would give her life to protect the rhinegold.

Wave Bout is the quirky middle child. She likes pretty things and can be as bold as brass. She also often argues with Flow Clash.

Billow Wisp is the youngest rhinemare. She is relatively quiet compared to her sisters but also very wise. She always has a strange mystic aura around her.
