Appeared in 'Rainbow Falls'. Reappeared in 'Tank's for the memories'. She doesn't have a name yet. I'd suggest 'Parhelia' for she's creating those colorful sun dogs.
Any other suggestions? ScytherScizor on deviantart also put 'Sunny Clouds'.
