While Cosmic Storm is indeed an alicorn OC, he isn't my personally made OC, because of his power, I've actually come up with an excellent background story for him. Firstly to get things out of the way this is a FIM Fiction story made entirely from head canon.

Cosmic Storm in this pic is his original form, in his youth. He is the creator of the cosmo's, but he isn't one of a kind. He has a brother, but that'll be explained in the fan fic I'm making.

If I can post documents and stories, it'll be posted here. I actually believe this story is worth telling. This is also a basic sketch. The first pony I've drawn, taken from an old idea I had written down some time ago. I hope you guy's like this oc, as well as the story I plan on telling soon.
