I dunno, I was in a somewhat depressing mood so I felt like drawing a sad character and here's the result. :T

Windy Belle hardly cries at any occasion, even when she was a filly she was good at keeping her tears in. But there are two situations which affected her so much that she couldn't keep a hold of her emotions and sobbed uncontrollably.
One of those was when Starchaser left to Canterlot for a long time, both during her childhood and adulthood.
And the other situation was whenever her little sister, Harmony, got sick. During their childhood Harmony used to get easily sick because of her weak constitution and health, and that would inflict a great blow on Windy, even when Fluttershy assured her that Harmony would be fine. She used to get so worried that would ask her mothers if she could keep Harmony company to help her get better.
