Rarity wont touch dirt unless its imported. Blah the first panel is rubbish, but at least were on a beach now. The second panel establishes that Rarity is queen of the beach (dat butt). And the fourth wins her best face contest. I get the feeling that the dialogue dilutes the joke a bit, but that face makes up for it.
