This was the first pic I actually did when I started drawing again :)

People have wanted Rarity as the victim for a long time.

In all the other pics of her, she's the one in control. So she got curious as to what it must feel like, being on the receiving end of a feather. Naturally she finds it amazing, comparing it to a hooficure…

Shame her time had to be cut short by Sweetie Belle arriving home an hour early ;P

So in a way she started off in control but managed to lose that control once she realized she was out of time and in the end, became her own victim ;)
(or something to that effect, idk lol)
