Parcly Taxel: Having taken in the nature of the island (very distinct from the rest of South Korea) I proceeded to the cultural part: a recreation of a mediaeval town and its buildings, complete to the last straw of hay. Far from being Starlight's town, there were vibrant activities all around, including dances, games and small exhibitions.

Spindle: It didn't stop there. We beat the closing time to trek Manjanggul, a cave forged by lava flows that solidified into basaltic rock. It felt like earth primordial, the land where my ancestors summoned hurricanes and winter itself, and I wisped around again. Emotion is a spectrum of spectra — I'm just a creature who's felt and fed on it all.
