"Seriously though, if the world of children’s entertainment is really like that, then that might explain a thing or two.

This is a really weird, really bizarre movie. It kind of exists in its own universe of pastel tones and colorful characters, improperly-shaped cookies, and mass media manipulation. Yet, I don’t think it’s unrealistic at all, at least based on what you guys have told me your world is like (and what I get from your movies).

The acting is great (it’s really bittersweet to discover another movie with the late Robin Williams), the writing is biting, and it’s surprisingly heart warming towards the end. Definitely give this one a go, but beware because its weirdness can be off-putting.

And now, if you'll excuse me, I have to help Pinkie Pie out of my cinema. That head must be really heavy."
