Her name is Swahili for "Realistic Tears".

Kweli is the kind of individual who would get rather sad or depressed very easily due to overthinking and just feeling down for no apparent reason. Shes "realistic", meaning she is something in between positive and negative and "tears", meaning the feelings she sometimes feels.

Shes not down all the time though, she can really be charismatic when spending time with the other antelopes on the Savanna.
Sometimes she shows herself as overly confident or exaggerates a lot to her friends to try to hide her insecurities.
One of her insecurities is that she is self-aware of her own muzzle being bit longer and wider compared to that of other Antelopes.
But at the same time, it doesn't stop her from talking to her close friends. With unknown individuals, its a different story.

When she is by herself, she sings to pass the time. Most don't know that she can, because she is rather shy of it and scared of being judged.

A good trait about her is that she is generous beyond belief. Always charitable and selfless to her friends, she will always help anyone if they really need it.

I haven't made my own character since Zika the Giraffe! That was months ago.
Been meaning to make a Bontebok character for a while now, but never got around to it until now.
The Bonteboks always seemed really sad looking to me because of their long muzzles, and so that's where the idea of Kweli came to pass.

One of two characters I currently had in mind, the next one is about 9 ft tall! What he or she is? I'm not telling yet!

Also known as the Blesbok, the Bontebok has a white blaze on it's long muzzle, which narrows just above the eyes, and continues to the flattened, lyre-shaped horns, which are ringed for the most of their 28-inch (70-cm) length.
Adult males posture and spar with their horns — although rarely fight — to gain territory. This allows them to dominate a herd of females and young. The male keeps it's members together and initiates the herd's travels.
Females give birth at traditional calving grounds, after a gestation period of 8 months; unlike many similar antelopes, they do not isolate or conceal their young. The single newborn can walk within five minutes, and it soon follows it's mother; it is weaned by 6 months.

Some individuals are known to have a rich brown coat with some-what of a purple sheen.

The Bontebok grazes mixed grasses and herbs, early and late in the day. It was almost exterminated in the wild by the 1830's, but herds were preserved in parks and reserves. It is still South Africa's rarest Antelope.
