"On Europa one of Jupiter's many moons is the City of Galileo, A sprawling city constantly assaulted by rain with only a few rare days of sunlight. Terraforming always yields unpredictable results, in Europa's case the planet's weather is constant rain and thunder but due to the darkness the planet provides it's become a nice little place for bat ponies to flock to with eyes sensitive to bright light. The city's culture and history stretches far back when a group of monk colonists decided to build four grand cathedrals dedicated to each Princess from a meteorite that fell onto Galileo wanting the ponies to remember their princesses even this far out in the Solar System, What become of those monks is a mystery after the Equestrian Empire was nearly toppled but the Cathedrals were turned into a College campus named "Bell-keep University" their long Clock-Tower Spirals can be seen from a good distance within Galileo's cultural District and beyond. Even with Galileo's rich history and appeal there is a looming danger within the shadows of the rainy city, Rumors speculate that Galileo could be the home of the infamous system-wide mafia known as "The Family" with their top ranks filled with a long bat pony heritage they are easily the most dangerous organized crime group within the Solar System, Regardless of the impending danger from the rumors of "The Family" many honest ponies, griffons, zebra's and diamond dogs make their living within the rainy city but in every corner lies a mystery should one take up the mantle to pursue it."
