Dear Director,

I'm sure you are already well aware of the standard course of events but as per section 37E of the Protocol for Project: Eternal Peace, "In the event of a deviation, all relevant information and appropriate reference material must be presented to the Director within 12 hours of the incident." Pain in the flank trying to get this to you in that kind of time frame, if you ask me. Even you must realize how much work there is to do after something like this. I screwed up on the first image capture, if you were wondering why this one is labeled as 002, by the way.

I've included the real important stuff in the second file. Once you give that cycle a look over, maybe you'll see reason.
