Originally was meant to be a badass Rainbow Dash, but then I thought, "why not have Scoots being awesome."
I like how this turned out, but I can think of a few things I messed up. Still, had a lot of fun doing this.
I'm surprised what ideas can show up by listening to DBZ music.
EDIT: Before I get more questions on this, Dash is yellow because of light interaction. Mix blue and an orange light, you will get a yellowish looking color, at least in my mind.
