This one was a difficult one to get through. Not because it's a lot of characters, or any other reason, but because these characters belong to my friend Mithy. It was really difficult for me to go through this drawing, knowing that he wasn't going to be able to see it being done. He did send me the idea for this picture a year ago, and I decided to put it back for another time since I already had enough movie updates back then. I kinda regret making that decision. It's been a few months since his passing, I still feel really sad that he's not with us any longer, but I want to think that this is a way to keep his memory alive, you know? I believe that, as long as his characters and his ideas become a reality, that his memory is still alive. So, in some way, I want to think that his spirit is alive and well inside this silly picture with his ponies and some sharks.

And to change the tone of the description completely, "Jersey Shore Shark Attack. This might be one of the most surprising Shark Movies I have ever seen in a while, and I don't say that lightly. I went into it expecting nothing but a bunch of caricature characters bickering at each other with some sharks thrown in there, and that's exactly what I got. What I wasn't expecting was the shark movie equivalent of one of the "_Saints Row" video games. A movie that roasts itself as it moves forward, completely self-aware of itself, yet surprisingly innocent and non-cynical. The three main protagonists, those being TC, Donnie and Balzac, come across as some of the most likeable characters I've seen in a Shark Movie in quite some time. Yeah alright, they all look like they escaped from an underground wrestling match, and they might as well spew testosterone when they speak, but they are brave, funny, determined, and have a sense of honor and loyalty I rarely see in movies these days (Shark Movies, that is). I found myself getting attached to them and rooting for them to save the day and survive, which is a pleasant surprise, since this type of movies treats humans the same way a fisherman treats a worm.

So this movie suffers from abundance of clichés, and it's a bit overlong, but any film with three likable protagonists where Joey Fatone gets eaten alive by a shark is definitely worth your time. I rate it:
