Equestria Daily's Newbie Artist Training Grounds 6, Day 8: a pony as a filly; a tiny pony.

A filly kite is a small parafoil that serves like training wheels for young fliers, and a safety device for fillies and colts living in airborne cities like Cloudsdale. The advantage is it keeps the little one from falling too fast, giving them plenty of opportunity to get some air under their own wings before an older pony has to catch them. The disadvantage, as Dash here is finding out, is that you're not going to fly with any kind of speed at all.

What Dash finds so endearing about that para-pony toy is beyond me.
