This pretty little thing is Bellua, my Quasimodo of mlp. She was locked away in Prance's bell tower by her mistress, High Priestess Divine Will, due to her unique visage. Her magic, while strong, is constantly discouraged by Divine Will. Bellua is shy but entranced by the ponies who live about their lives below her home. She has the ability to shift into a pony form but not for very long.I might make a pony version of her one day… Some day…
