This is Plum Blossom
PB is intersex and genderfluid
Depending on his mood he may be more guy going by Plum, being a rough and tumble kind of pony, having no pretty clothes to worry about getting dirty, and works hard but still loves pretty things
Or she may be more feminine preferring to go by Blossom and wears skirts and stockings or pretty saddles, loving fine fashion and pretty things, and hating getting her pretty things dirty
Either way PB is a fun pony to be around, loving to confuse others. And making fillies happy
When she was born they couldn't tell if he was really a boy or girl so she got treated as both depending on which parent she was with.
He's kinda scared about a seriously romantic relationship because very few know that she's a herm (and when her special somepony finds out they're usually creeped out), he only tells those he really trusts and feels safe around, those are the ones allowed to call him PB. He does want a relationship with someone though even if it's for a short time and he has to hide what she is. He hates being alone
She prefers males though loving the bigger males making her feel safe she does kinda wonder what it while feel like to be on top of a guy though. He's also a tiny bit of a flirt
Her talent is making finding the best places to grow plums and the best ones to make sugar plums.
He's moved to ponyville from fillydelphia hearing of the good air and earth.

(I almost made pb a unicorn but decided against it his name was also almost sugar plum )
