**WARNING! INCOMING EXPOSITION.**I was chatting with Steel Resolve a fair bit yesterday, and we eventually got on to the topic of Fleur de Lis and Fancy Pants. The both of us adore them as a couple and I really like his take on them- she's a perpetually bored nymphomaniac socialite and he's the Most Interesting Stallion in the World.™ Complete with sass. What's not to love? Honestly, they're the only background ponies I'm even remotely interested in aside from Bulk Biceps. Steel eventually prompted me to do a sketch of the both of them dressed as Gomez and Morticia Addams for Nightmare Night. Specifically them fencing, since that was essentially the Addam's foreplay and the both of us could see his version of Fancy and Fleur being much the same. It's a bit disconcerting when you're halfway through a rough sketch and you come to the abrupt realization that neither of them are really in a costume. That was probably a dress in Fleur's expansive closet, and Fancy likely already had a Gomez! Tux. Fancy even has the same gentleman's curls and teeny mustache! All on his own!No background 'cause, I don' wanna! No colour either because it would be mostly black and white anyway.
