Marble Pie is Pinkie Pie’s younger twin sister. She maintains the farm with Limestone Pie and their parents. Her lack of social skills leave her quiet as a mouse even when surrounded by loved ones. Limestone decided to put that to use and enrolled her to learn the ways of the Ninja (Limestone was young and engrossed in fantasy at the time). She was under the tutelage of very skilled Donkeys, and while they were kind and excellent teachers, being a Ninja proved too bloodthirsty for Marble’s sensibilities. However, she decided to at least put her subtleties to good use and learned Thievery. Marble is not somepony who would steal from anypony who crosses her path, however. She practiced pickpocketing and stealing from the monsters that naturally hung around the family farm like Floating Eyes and the like. Her Ninja training only helped with her hobby.


The Earth Pony can dual wield her weapon type of choice, knives. It was one of the earliest things she mastered as a Ninja before leaving. However, she only wields one on her main hand as an offensive weapon. The other is dedicated to a Dancing Dagger gifted from her twin. Which causes her to move in a very graceful and elegant manner not unlike a Dancer. This is because, while on her travels, Pinkie was given this dagger as sign of friendship from a traveling dance troupe, and she felt that it was perfect for her delicate little sister. When the chance to give it occurred though, Marble was very clearly learning thievery. Pinkie gave it to her anyways in hopes that she will one day learn to be a dancer. Until then, it's accepted that she has a sub-sub-job as a dancer due to the dagger’s enchantments.


Marble joined the group when Limestone did to help confront the Sombran invaders. Her vigilance (or perhaps cowardice) prevented the team from ever getting snuck up on. She was also able to fully test her ability as a thief on those she held little sympathy for. The youngest pie was able to steal some valuables ranging from random equipment to recovering Magicite that was stolen from her homeland. While her combat prowess left a little to be desired, her utility more than made up for her shortcomings.

Dancing Dagger — Pinkie tried to get her sister to be a dancer, but Marble had already chosen a path for herself. This knife was a nice compromise for both sisters. A usable knife for Marble and a kinda dancer for Pinkie.

Blood Knife — Marble was once considered to be taught the ways of the ninja for her silent ways. However, there was a little too much emphasis on flawless movement and (actual) execution, so she became a simple thief (if not an ineffective one). She kept the dual wielding and throw teachings, however. Her teachers wished her the best and gave her this knife as a sign of affection.
