A non-commissioned reference for a smaller character from Gamma Deekay's story Fallout Equestria: Long Haul, Jean is a young, well-meaning field medic in training from the northernly town of Destruction bay. Aspiring to one day be a full field medic for the Mounties of her home town, an esteemed peacekeeping force, for now the young moose finds her time spent working her way through schooling and lending helping hooves wherever she can, whether it be pulling the largest of the mobile field hospital carts or even helping shunt railcars in the yard by Destruction Bay's waterfront on occasion. Due to her massive size and surprising ability to move without being heard, her coworkers insist she wear a set of wind chime earrings, more for their sake than hers — she always means well, but, well, she is a head and some taller and a couple hundred pounds heavier than most average ponies, and she's still relatively young yet.

And yes, that is a red maple leaf on her yoke.
