Trixie Lulamoon is a performer by trade. She loves nothing more than to be adored by others after giving yet another grand performance in sleight of hand and masterful, spectacular Magicks. She was always travelling between the Solar and Lunar Kingdoms giving show after show before finding herself in Ponyville. Her boisterous nature led her to be the middle of a large beast breakout in the small village. The damages were so great, she was detained and sentenced to work off her debts to the town. Eventually it was decided that helping the Warriors could go towards paying her debt off, so she has reluctantly gone on some of their wayward and quite dangerous adventures.

She came across a relic on her travels with the others that granted great power. Trixie snuck off with it without informing the others in hopes of showing once and for all that her Magicks couldn’t be outshined. However, she, like many others before her, became overwhelmed by the trinket and lost herself. Her uncontrolled power brought even more havoc through Ponyville, raising her debt even further. The unicorn now considers herself a resident of the growing town simply because her debts are too high to leave. Unbeknownst to her, her debt draws closer day by day to being forgiven in its entirety as she seeks forgiveness and friendship.

Her friendships are all strange to outsiders. To them, they see a unicorn heavily overcompensating for her shortcomings and inferiority complex. To her close friends…they see the same things, but also an earnesty for trying to overcome her past mistakes and sins (and debts). Trixie’s tenacity in the face of the problems she has made for herself earned the respect of her peers even if she’s not keen on admitting she completely made them. They’re also aware that she always feels inadequate as a mage since Black Mage’s pools of Magick goes deep, but not very wide compared to the colorful variety of magicks her allies have. She’s always been told to Focus her next spell, so whatever spell she chooses to do will be one to leave her foe dazzled.

Alicorn’s Staff — Was once a medallion that granted power beyond that of Alicorns at the cost of the soul. Twilight, with the assistance of the Celestial sisters converted the corrupting medallion into a safe-to-use channeling rod. It was given to Trixie after showing remorse for putting others in grave danger.

Trixie’s Hat — Actually just a hat. It was given to her from her parents after she left to try and be the best magician in the land. Their belief in her is so sincere that it leaves Trixie often in guilt of her shortcomings, leading her to become pretty boisterous in the face of someone far superior to her.
