Clover thinks it's best to approach Sea Wind first, before helping Skillet with whatever ropes they may need.
Trotting under the hanging lanterns, she approaches the duo as they tug a particularly strong rope through a loop, one of three that appear to be missing.
Sea Wind hardly looks up from her job as Clover waves a hoof at her, the mare too focused on her work to notice her immediately.
"Oh! Hey Clover, what're you doing up? It's much too early for sleepy foals to be wandering about… ESPECIALLY in this kind of weather! Get inside!" She says, tugging at the rope. It appears to be stuck.
But Clover wants to help!
"Don't bother, we've got it. You shouldn't be out here, even with the Captain's permission. You'll catch your death! And you don't want to miss the festival staying indoors, do you? No? Goodie! Then we're on the same page.
But maybe she CAN help? Hook wants her to help Skillet grab the rope.
"Skillet will be fine. You won't be if you stay out here much longer. We're used to this kinda weather, cuties like you aren't."
Clover wants to at least get her a towel.
"Oh, by the God's tails, no! Do I have to drag you to bed, lil' one? 'Cause I will."
She quickly ties off the rope with her hooves, Salt using his magic to grasp at the second loose rope from the sky. He quickly drags it back down and tugs it through the hole, and the two ponies repeat the process once more.
"If you want to help so badly, find Skillet, and see what's taking her so long to get that rope."
Welp, that was a waste of time. Clover heads back into the ship, closing the door behind her as the storm continues. Wet and somewhat disappointed she couldn't help, she continues toward the anchor room. Opening the door, she finds Skillet digging around the boxes, groaning.
"The hell did I put that thing? I knew I left it in here. I bet that slut took it… hmmf. Ah ha!"
Skillet lifts up a big red pillow. The same big red pillow that Clover was sitting on earlier, giving it a squeeze.
"Found ya! What… ew. That's… oh god, that slut did it AGAIN! Damn it, Shanty! Can't you keep it to the Crows Nest?!"
She turns around with the pillow in her hooves, Clover gazing at her quizzically.
For a brief moment, there's silence in the room as Skillet hugs the used pillow.
