So here is a pic of the OC named Miraculous Light (I think that was his name at least) brushing Trixies hair. This is NSF's OC that he got me to draw (or more like I offered to draw, I'm not really good enough for people to want me to draw things). So I really went all out and did it in Synfig and animated the brush, the hair and the magic glow. It was a real learning experience, even though it's a little bit underwhelming. It probably took me about 10 solid hours over 3 days and I had to spend a lot of time learning how to use synfig. It was a good learning experience though I don't know if I would really do many more like it. I don't like vectors. I made the gif in GIMP because Synfig's one was ugly, and even at this size it's only 400k or something like that. I wish that I had made it bigger but I had to remove the word (replace) from all 80 frames (thanks GIMP and GAP for sucking so hard) to optimise it to this small. So I don't think I can be bothered doing that again.Edit: Damn, gimp can't handle transparencies on gifs and optimise them so I added a white background to this one so that I could punch it down to 800K without redrawing.
